I am an 18 year old female weighing 180lbs and want to lose weight quickly so i am only eating 500 calories a day for a week, will I lose weight at this and any idea how much, also I am on my period and am worried, does this mean i will put weight on? I know this isn't the best method but it's for one occasion then i will start dieting healthily, any suggestions ?
