week 2 challenges

Physical
Work out 3xs a week, each day 5 points
any additional working out another 5 points for each day

Health
Water 7-8 cups a day 5 points
Spending time with the family for the days you have off Weekends Holiday this week or any other day 5 points

Extra Challenges
Each day you have a home cooked meal, not frozen out of the bag meals or take out 10 points

These ones are from my daughter pick and choose your choice if you cant cuz of knee problems or back problems then you can try to modify or try one and see what you like - 5 each

High Low Toe Tap
Stand with feet a little more then shoulder width apart bend your knees jump bringing arms over head
Land in a squat and twist your body to the right touching your left hand to your right food. Do it again and alternate sides

Jumping Jog
Bring arms up as you do a traditional jumping jack but raise the knee to a 90 degree angle
Drop your arms as you do it and then do each side continue to alternate knees picking up the pace for 30 seconds then rest for 15 seconds

Lunge Kick Back
Start to do a regular lunge with your arms by your side
Then Jump up bring your arms overhead land and go back into a lunge position complete 8 reps for each side

Irish Jig
Bring your right leg up then cross in front of you keeping your left leg straight
tap your ankle with your left hand with your right arm raised
switch it up doing for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds

All of these are 3 sets each

    My oldest woke up early yesterday to work out...I asked her if she tried those {shes 10} she said no they were a little hard....Maybe Ill try them later but def going to get my walking in today

    LOL!!! They are hard but with a little thought and effort, they can be done! Tell her to take it a little easier on us next week....LOL!
