Thanks for the invite. And yes I have been here before and .just sort of dropped off the band wagon and gained some of the weight back. Thought I would re-committ before regaining all the weight. I'm from Indiana it is very cold here now. I have two semi-adult children 20 and 21, two dogs 11 and 1. So here I go again, my goal is to commit for 365 days.
