new directions in 2014.

I have struggled to remain interested in all things gym related, but want to be involved in something physical so this week I will start my first hula hooping class with a circus/ performance group.
I'm 45, but as 40 is the new 20 I feel 25 and excited to start something new.
I'm hoping to strengthen my core and back muscles and supposedly burn around 200 cals in 30 mins (?) as well as move to music and meet some new friends too.
I'd love to hear from others if they have a new years resolution or change of direction for 2014!
Lets share our ideas
