Hey all!
I'm new to this group, but not entirely new to C25K. I've tried it a few times now, but I haven't made it a priority until recently. Some of my friends are following the program, too. We're even signing up for a color run in our area to keep us motivated
Anyway, the main reason I'm posting is this: I've had a nasty cold for the past 5-6 days and just have not felt like being on the treadmill. Yesterday though, I was sick of sitting/laying around and read online that exercising can help open your sinuses and make you feel a bit better. I lessened the intensity and did a walking workout for 40 minutes. I'm feeling so much better today!
I was on week 2, day 2 before I got sick. Do you all think I should go ahead and pick it up where I left off? Or maybe even go back to a week 1 workout? Just looking for thoughts and opinions!
Thanks in advance!

I'd go back to Week One. It's just 5 runs and it'll be so much easier and more fun if you aren't pushing yourself right from the word "Go."0

That's probably the best thing to do. I'm pretty much recovered from the cold now. But I find myself very fatigued after doing simple things, like climbing stairs or even washing my hair! So I definitely don't want to push it. Thanks for the advice!0
