21 year old, very athletic muscular build after 8 years of playing rugby and any sport I can find! I started at 155pounds and just felt gross all of the time. as of early January 2014 I am 138 and feeling much better but would still like to shed another 10-15 pounds without compromising my muscle mass if possible. I do a lot of Jillian Michaels DVD's plus volleyball, soccer, and Rugby every week. Feel free to add me or share your story of how you dropped the last 10!

  • I am looking to loose the last 5 lbs! I will fried you! I am more about building muscle and making my clothes fit better than actually losing weight at this point! I find that I loose weight a lot better if I actually try to eat really well (mainly whole fruits and vegetables and food that is not very processed). I workout plenty but if I don't eat well the weight (and muscle tone) doesn't change for me!
