New to DDP

Hello all!
I'm new to the group and on my second week of DDP Yoga.
So far, I'm loving it!

I would really like to do this daily, in addition to incorporating weights.
Just for additional info, I've done some of P90X (though I didn't follow the program religiously. I used the Yoga disc more than any of the others). I'm a low carb/paleo eater (by choice), so my eating style already fits a good portion of the plan outlined by DDP.

Does anyone use the discs daily?
Do you have any tips for a DDP Yoga newbie?

Any other tips, hints are very welcome!

    Welcome!
    You can do the workouts daily. I did briefly, but settled on about four times per week. Some of the workouts are rather strenuous, so I'd apply the same rules to them as to doing heavy resistance training . It's okay to modify positions if you need to do so. Otherwise, just stick with it. It definitely works.
