Room yoga

I have found two things to help flexibility while on the road.

The first is Yoga Paws. There are a few variations on these, but the idea is the same. Lightweight, easy to pack gloves and footwear to use in lieu of a yoga mat.

The second is podcast yoga. I like yogamazing. The instructor, Chaz, is a little goofy, but so am I. It is not purest yoga, or advanced yoga, but he targets various areas and keeps the podcasts to 30 minutes or less.

Add to this a hotel towel to keep from getting your face near a hotel room floor (yuck) and you can combat travel stress, sore backs etc
