Dates! My hubby and I stock up on dates at the grocery and just 1 or 2 after dinner totally cuts a sugar craving. Not totally low cal but they are all natural!

The only candy I am worried about is in the bag of Valentines my son will inevitably bring home from school… ug! It's gonna take some discipline to avoid altogether!

I find I do better if I have 1 or 2 of my favorite- which for valentines day would be chocolate covered strawberries and just allow for the extra calories- extra work out- etc

I'll probably forego it just because V day happens to fall on a Friday and I tend to reserve my cheats for the weekends where I do indulge in a couple pieces of chocolate. I have always loved chocolate covered strawberries though!

Yes! Love chocolate covered fruit. (right now I have a bag of dark chocolate covered blueberries in my pantry) I don't eat many....just a few 2-3 times a week. So glad that dark chocolate is good for us!! Helps to have a little piece of dark chocolate at night when the cravings are the worst.

I will eat it but in moderation. I will do an extra work-out and cut down on the rest of my calories for that day, if needed.
