    Checking in with own goal status, I'm in line for getting all of my planned weight training sessions in and hitting my cardio goal too. I lost a pound or two so doing well.

    Congrats all..

    Are there ideas for March's goal?

    What about an intake goal?

    Set intake to a personal deficit goal. (10 to 25%)

    Calculate goals for Macros.

    Track macros for the month....

    Begining and ending weight loss or maintaing goal weight...or another measurement, waist, hips, etc....

    I could not get my pediomoter to work correctly, and most days I wear a skirt/dress to work so there is no where to clip it on....I did however get in more walking and did a lot on my Wii with the Walk It Out game, most days I walked 3-4 miles....So even though I didn't post steps I participated, can 't wait to see what next months challenge is :happy:
