How intense is the recovery week?
I ask because my shoulders and pretty beat up and I strained my lower left abdominal area on Tuesdays workout. Im in week 4 so Im close to that recovery week.
I was able to push through Plyo Cardio Circuit today, having to stop during level 1 drills and.ski abs and in and outs when tue pain became enough for me to stop....then went back after a bit of a rest.
Only the planking stuff causes pain so Im able to do a majority of the workout.
Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery, then then two workouts and recovery week. Im hoping if its not too intense, everything will clear up that week.
Any advice?

I start it today (as do you, I think?) so I haven't done it yet, but I've previewed the video. The cardio is less intense, Shaun T doesn't really push anybody, everyone's just taking it easy. There's some level 1 drills and then some stability and oblique workouts towards the end that may hurt. Maybe try the first day and see how you feel, but I strained the same area before and I gotta tell you it's best to just completely rest it for the week so hopefully you'll be all better for month 2!0

Yep I did! I went to the doc, amd he said the pain was too high for one kind, and too low for the other kind of hernia. He suggested maybe doing this every other day or maybe just twice this week before next month. Doesnt think there.is a tear either, so tjats good.Just strained where the.abdomen and upper groin area meet...just stretch it and takevit easy.0
