I don't think we can buy them here (Canada). I don't eat frozen meals anymore as they are so full of sodium and chemicals and always seem to have way too much sweet sauce on them for me. I cut out processed food as much as possible even before I started Atkins.. With that said, I bought Atkins shakes and bars, but am avoiding using them often. It was mentioned that they may have sugar alcohol in them. I'm terrified I'll screw Atkins diet up...I just can't afford to. It's too important to me to succeed.0

I try to only have 1 or 2 a week when I have no time to cook. The few I've tried have been very good but kind of skimpy on veggies so I always try to add more. My favorites are beef merlot and the broccoli and chicken alfredo.0

I only eat whole foods now. I tried shakes, bars, etc when I re-started Atkins last year but all it did was stall me.0

That's the exact way I want to eat...I'm trying to train myself0 -
Nope, I only eat real food. Frozen meals, bars, powders, fake cakes and cookies, etc, are all ways to increase your grocery bill unnecessarily. Better to learn how to cook, and you can make extra, put individual portions in a Plastic container and store in freezer and have those instead.0

I've tried them and eat them only once in awhile. I like the chili and the egg scrambles. Otherwise its just another typical TV dinner but a little more expensive. The crustless chicken pot pie is the only other one I'd buy again if I was in a pinch. I didn't care for the chicken broccoli or the beef merlot. I haven't tried the "new" round with the orange chicken and a few others.
The egg scrambles are a little expensive when I can buy a dozen and a half eggs for the same price as one scramble but something about the tex mex is so good that I can't seem to exactly make myself.0
