getting an IUD/Copper coil fitted

going to get an IUD fitted at the walk in clinic tomorrow morning

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this done?

and if so, do you think it will affect my weight lifting/gym training next week? (mon-fri)

oh also I'm planning on having a tattoo done tomorrow afternoon too; I have to get a train and walk up a pretty steep hill to get to the tattoo parlour, then sit and have my leg done for like 2 hours; again dyou think it's possible to do this or will I be in too much pain from the IUD fitting?

I can always get my IUD another time if so!

    I had my Mirena IUD implanted and had pretty bad cramping the rest of the day.
    I was fine by the next day, but the first day I wouldn't plan on doing much else besides taking Tylenol while curling up in bed cussing.

    I think I can just about handle getting my tattoo though!

    deffo not going out for the drinks I'd planned though xD
