    do you have dumbbells? you could do some seated weights like flys overhead press. sitting down.. just a thought

    After my car wreck in June that left me with one severely injured knee (left) and a broken ankle (right) I was not the most active person. I did do things such as chair aerobics and seated weights. My left knee still hasn't fully healed, but I am able to do a lot more on it now than just a few months ago. It may not seem like much, but you can do a lot of exercises seated. Another option is to look into water supported exercises to take the weight off of the knee.
