Hi Everyone,

Another day ticked off the old insanity chart. I quite enjoyed this session today.

I'm still stopping for quite a few breaks, but not for too long though.

Is anyone using a heart rate monitor, just wondering because Shaun T mentions checking your heart rate all the time.

I can usually feel my heart pounding so know I'm working it hard.

    I always use a HRM...makes me push harder trying to keep those numbers up.

    I always use an HRM as well!! My HR can get dangerously high if I don't watch it...although over the course of the month, it's dropped considerably and doesn't get nearly as high even pushing extremely hard, 195 max during Level 1 and 2 drills.

    I'm surprised that my HR doesn't get above 175 during the warm ups anymore, that's really nice!

    Well I've bought myself a Polar FT4M heart rate monitor.

    That's what happens when you're online shopping on a night shift :)

    With all the HRM's out there what was the chances of that.

    No more shirking anymore, I'll know exactly how hard I'll be working.

    It's one of the most popular ones, and it's inexpensive :) I've seen my HR drop from high 190's to the 180's with the same exact amount of work...so you see results as well!

    Was pretty tough but I made it! Feeling sore but also feeling really good that I have almost completed a week! Just gotta stick with it!
