Here you will find workout that target different areas of the body that you can include in your daily activities. Most will be exercise that can be done at home or outdoors with little to no equipment.

    The 10 Minute workout

    Do each exercise for 1 minute each every day.

    1) March in place (Knees up as high as you can bring them)

    2)Jumping jacks (arms up & down while legs go in and out at the same time)

    3)Pushups (you can do them on your knees until you build strength)

    4)Lunges(Right leg steps forward bend knee while left leg is stretched back and straight, switch sides)

    5)Squats(feet shoulder width apart, bend knees, chest and head up hands reaching towards floor, then stand and repeat)

    6)Wide leg sit ups(lay on back, spread legs open, place one hand behind head, one hand straight up, sit up and reach over towards foot, go back down and switch hands and repeat)

    7)Seated pose(feet together, bend at knees like your sitting, look forward and raise arms up next to your ears, 2x 30 seconds)

    8)Boat(sit on floor, raise legs off the floor, raise arms up, while leaning slightly back, you will feel it in your stomach)

    9)Arm circles(Arms straight out to the sides, rotate arms in a circle forward for 30 seconds, then backwards for 30 seconds)

    10)Chair kicks(place a chair in front of you, starting with your right leg, lift your leg over the chair then back again, then lift your left leg over and back again, repeat for 1 minute)
