Challenges

Is anyone interested in completing a challenge??? Or have any ideas for a challenge? It's not required, but I know some people do better with a short-term goal with a specific end date in mind. If there is a challenge you are interested in starting, post it on here. It can be about anything!!! Wanna stop drinking soda??? Feel like you don't work out enough and want to challenge someone to a streak??? Having a difficult time remembering to track, and want to challenge yourself to track every single day??? Here is the place to do it.

  • I have 5 goals/challenges right now. I am rewarding myself for each one I complete and then hoping to keep it part of my routine.

    1. Work on staying within/near caloric intake for one month
    Reward: New Wii game for fitness

    2. Increase water intake level to 7-8 cups regularly for one month
    Reward: New TV Season

    3. Exercise at least five times a week for 30 minutes or more for one month
    Reward: Etsy/Crafting purchase

    4. Add more veggies to diet over the course of a month (5 veggies per week)
    Reward: New art supplies of choice

    5. Combine the above four goals into a routine and stick with it for three months
    Reward: New books
