So it's day 5 following the keto macros and in the past 24 hrs I have dropped 1.5Lbs! Not sure how much more glycogen and water I need to drop, but it is nice to see the progress proof of the shift in the scale!

That's great - it's probably mostly water but its a good sign that your body is adjusting and getting ready to cut some fat. I would be careful with getting too obsessed with the scale. I'm 7 days into keto. The first 5 days I dropped 8 pounds (212->204). Then the last two I gained 1.5 pounds back. For a minute I was bummed out, but realized that the scale is going to jump around on a daily basis.0

Thanks for that, I weigh daily but it is more for data points then really caring about the weight.0
