Please add your Highest weight, Starting weight (most recent so we can track since the start of the group) and Current weight and any measurements you want to add.

You can weigh in on any day you like, but keep it to the same day each week and same time/same clothes etc. Mine will be Wednesdays, first thing, butt naked!

Week 1 weigh in: 27th Jan to 2nd Feb

Highest weight:= 215.4lbs
Starting weight: (22/1/14) = 211.4

    Starting weight: 240 at the end of November on MFP (maintained through the Holiday season though)

    Current weight 228

    I'm not so good and remembering exactly what day and what I am wearing when I weigh in but I try to do around Thursday, and I always weigh in first thing in the morning, my weight seems more consistent in the morning than it is at night (not a morning person which is why I sometimes forget to weight in) :)

    Current weight: 190 lbs ( I am somewhere in my luteal phase and am retaining water like mad so I don't believe that is true weight gain.

    I definitely need to work out more and eat less carbs. This is my plan for the next week....although I'm going away for the weekend for my boyfriends 30th...so there might be a nibble of birthday cake!

    Managed to put on 3lbs over the weekend! Not good. All the gluttony is never worth it. Someone remind me of that!!

    I'm going to have to be really strict this month and turn this around

    When I finally remembered to weigh myself (after already drinking a bunch of water, coffee) I was up 2lbs. So it wasn't accurate. Add in that if I am having a cycle this month I am heading into the PMS section of my cycle with my period due this weekend. So, I'm probably retaining water. Maybe I'll just skip this week and try again next Wednesday.
