    Btw, i am 5'1", my numbers seem small, but I assure you it is healthy.

    You know what is funny, two days ago i weighed myself, and I was 138.5, I got a bit depressed because I thought i didn't make any progress, but it wasn't a week since my first weigh in.
    I won't ever do that again, and I will wait a week for my weigh-ins because seeing the lack of progress can be unmotivating. Also weighing in the same place, time, and clothes will provide better results.

    I think I definately need to up my game in the exercise department. Started C25K yeterday. Hopefully that will help with the results in the future!

    Finally, after staying the same weight for 2 weeks, I've lost another 2lb! :-D
    Also taken up a Strength Training Challenge :-) It's getting better!

    30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE
    DAY 1 - 50 Squats.

    Weekly Exercise - 2hrs 58mins
    Daily avge Exercise - 25.42mins
    Daily avge Calorie Burn - 271.78cls

    SW - 9st 4lb (130lbs)
