I learned from that, that I am 95.5% of my former self, and hoping like crazy that this means that any goodness I have is becoming more concentrated, and not evaporating away. (Like when you cook with alcohol, all the alcohol evaporates and you are left to eat the only the flavour, not the real deal at all.)0 -
