Go, momma, go!!! Great job everyone!!! I've read a lot of honesty today. I, too, succumbed to the call from the kitchen. I baked a huge batch of cookies and made 2 batches of baked apple chips. The apple chips are at least healthy, except for the amount of them I ate!!! :laugh: Need to up my motivation and curb my eating. Thankfully I wasn't up this morning!!!0 -
Thanks for the love everyone....I felt so stuck during the december challenge..couldnt get the scale to move in the right direction at all....now with some hard work and really tracking again I did it.... I tried on a bridesmaid dress yesterday and fit very nicely in a size 6...for me that is awesome...the last bridesmaid dress I wore was a 16....

Feeling better about things than this morning largely because had a new photo taken for my security pass at work - have uploaded a side by side of the old and new photos onto my profile - can you tell which is the new me? :happy: :happy: AND snacked a lot less today...

I weigh every day and then record my lowest of the week. For this past week, the lowest was actually way back on Tuesday, and it's been higher since then. I need to tighten up on my logging. I weigh and measure some things, but not all and I've been eating too much junk the past few days. I'm hoping for 4 full pounds in February!!0 -

I learned from that, that I am 95.5% of my former self, and hoping like crazy that this means that any goodness I have is becoming more concentrated, and not evaporating away. (Like when you cook with alcohol, all the alcohol evaporates and you are left to eat the only the flavour, not the real deal at all.)0 -
