Hey guys! Ok, so I'm starting out and just have a fast question - I work out at home so instead of the cable station I do the barbell bent over row. My barbell alone is 45 lbs and I can only do 10 before I can't lift it anymore.
Do I need to get a light bar and just put like…15ish lbs on it? Or do I need to stick with the 45 lb one and try harder to do my 15?

I would stay with the same bar, but try doing half regular bent-overs and then half with underhand grip and see if it changes the exercise enough to hit the 15.

Also, you can do any one of the rows in the book in place of the seated rows.
