Hi Everybody

I just joined!

My initial goals are:

A) I want to eat at home every day except Saturday night. Currently I eat out one meal per day. I usually eat very heallthy at home and not healthy at all when I eat out. Therefore I hope that just by making this change my weight will start dropping.
B) I am going to walk each day at least one hour. No matter what. When it rains I will walk in the mall

    Hello PieroDellaFra. Sounds like great goals. I am coming back to myfitpal.com after seeing much success. I did not maintain and actually gained all my weight back. I stopped working out and it did not take long before it nopthing fit nicely.

    I started working out again and finally stepped on the scale to shock myself back into my new reality. But I have a plan and it is going to get me moving in the right direction. So lets do this thing together....We wil see our goals reached and maintained!!!
