Hi, I know you should get 8 or so hours sleep a day... I'm getting about 6, but I'm not tired - is this a result of better food or coincidence?

Different people thrive on different amounts of sleep. Even if you are a light sleeper, it's the actual resting time that is most important.

I probably average 5 or 6 hours actual sleep per night, maybe less, because I'm a very light sleeper, but I've never had an issues with my energy levels or tiredness during the day.

I can sleep anywhere between 5 and 14 hours a night. The quality of sleep is what matters, not always the quantity.
