Carb, 1 English muffin
Fat, benecol light spread

mid morning
Protein, Greek yogurt
carb/fat, 16 chocolate chips
cardamom

lunch
protein, chicken thigh (baked no skin)
carb, 1/2 cup yellow potatoes
fat, benecol light spread
spring leaf salad

after noon
protein,1 cup skim milk
carb/fat 16 chocolate chips
stiva & cardamom

dinner
protein and carb,1/2 of a stuffed chicken breast
free, spring leaf salad
fat, dressing

No evening snack
