What's your post workout meal?

I just asked this on a different message board before I realized that I might not be able to "eat" the answers provided because I'm following the Atkins diet.
What is your post workout go-to meal? I have a few friends who swear by chocolate milk as one of the best things after a workout, but I can't have that on my diet. For awhile I was doing scrambles; eggs, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, onions etc... but I'm getting burnt out of the same thing all the time. Anyone want to share what they eat after their workouts? Maybe I'll get some new ideas. I generally burn between 200&550 calories, depending on how much time I have.

From the lack of response here I'm wondering if anyone even works out. LoL. Or if no one eats a small meal after a workout.Just me? Okay.0

When I was staying under 75 grams for the day, it was a protein shake then greek yogurt and berries.0
