How do you keep positive after a period of binge-eating?

Hi,
The best way to get out of the binge-cycle is to start afresh. I have learned to ignore the bloat, ignore the tight pants, resume normalcy (eating, exercising)...
...but of course there are moments when I can barely hang onto such "positive thinking". Images of me being fit just 1.5 months ago, the feeling of being comfortable in my very fitting pants, etc come rushing in. I want to be prepared in case of weak moments when I go "to hell with it, one more binge" and go back into the cycle.
What do you do?
thanks

I try to remember that once upon a time I used to be overweight and started from then to what I am now so if I have put on a couple of pounds it just means I'm just a little behind on my journey but really the journey isn't going to run smooth, I've been through moments where I want to give up, so many times but now that I'm binge free for a couple of months, I'm so grateful that I didn't stop that day or that moment. Don't look at it as a day think of the entire year, you may have gained weight from bingeing but I bet you lost that and more from all the good days. Take it slow, have a low deficient so your body isn't fighting against you.0
