How do you you get it? I downloaded it but cannot change values?

    What format did you download as? google or excel or? On my current version (and I think it was on previous versions too) there is a comment on the simple set up page:

    *** To change the values, you must go to the spreadsheet File - Make a copy ***
    *** Or spreadsheet File - Download as Excel, to change the values *** www.zamzar.com/convert/xlsx-to-xls/

    Since you said downloaded, I'm guessing that means the Excel version, and you can look at it, and go to a cell.

    Your Excel may have a security setting not allowing formula's or such until you say Ok, or a setting that auto-locks downloaded spreadsheets.

    Or Google went and did something strange on their conversion to Excel, or this specific download had something strange happen to it (I've seen that happen before).

    You might try downloading it again first, and look for first use pop-up saying something about allowing editing.

    I just downloaded it, and no such problem or request actually, but my default settings and Excel version may be different than yours.

    I guess I should ask - are you using Excel?
    You could have an Excel viewer - which wouldn't allow changing anything, merely viewing.
