Irving Half Marathon

I am new to the site and thought I would join this group. I am in the Irving/Coppell area. I have registered to take part in the Irving Half Marathon with some friends. They also have a marathon and 5K. Anyone want to do it and have some support? Let me know if you're going to run it! I am super excited and pretty nervous. This will be my first half-marathon. The only other race I have done was a 5K years ago.
My husband is kind enough to watch the baby, who wakes up at 6:30am, so that I can go running at 6am. It's cold, but I did it and it's so worth it!
