Despite not doing super well last week I am going to increase again.
Water - try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day (8, 8 oz glasses). Or add 1 glass of water to your current amount.
20 minutes of intentional exercise everyday. Or add 5 minutes to your current amount
3 servings of veggies every day. At least one should be a non-starchy veggie (potatoes, corn and carrots are starchy)
Fitbit/pedometer users - 4,500 steps a day or add 500 steps a day to your current amount

For week 5
water- 5 days. the other days I only drank about 6 glasses, it's hard to like water when I don't feel well...
exercise- all 7 days!
steps- 6 days (I wasn't feeling well one day)
veggies- we'll say 6 days. 2 days had questionable veggie choices...0
