Success. 100 Lb Gone!!!

Hit the 100 lb mark today, 5 months and 1 week since I had the surgery to save my life. Honestly, I'd be completely happy if I only lost another 10-20 lb but I'm still shooting for my goal and need to lose another 60 lb.

    Keep up the good work!

    But, just remember to keep up with the regimen! 50% of weight loss surgery patients gain it all back within 5 years. Maintenance is the hardest part. The first 6 months the weight flies off with virtually no effort. Past that, must of the loss is up to you. Keep up with food portioning and eating that protein!
