    With lunch time intervals thurs and today I have made my goal reaching 60.95 miles today. I'll still keep moving until the 28th.

    A couple more days [Weds + Fri] to go a little nigher!

    My goal for February is 50 miles!

    2/2 - ran 10 miles
    2/4 - ran/walked 1.9 miles
    2/5 - walked 1.7 miles
    2/6 - ran 2.9 miles, spun 4 miles
    2/8 - ran 5 miles, did 1 miles fun walk/run with my kiddo!
    2/10 - ran 3 miles - done until my half on Sunday!
    2/16 - ran 13.1 miles!!!
    2/18 - walked 1.7 miles
    2/20 - walked 1.7 miles
    2/21 - walked 1.7 miles
    2/22 - ran 3 miles
    2/25 - ran 5 miles

    54.7 / 50 done!

    We get a beautiful, sunny day and the winds are just howling! Not safe for outdoor biking. So had to settle for gym recumbent bike on the flat training program. Glad I am getting some miles in now :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink:

    I had a quick 6.58 mile ride after work with a girlfriend, mtd 150.8. We're actually supposed to get some weather late tomorrow...we shall see if I can get my miles in...

    February goes much better than I expected. I'm going to make my goal today :happy:
    Also I've moved 265K steps so far, which gives me a chance to better my step total for a month which is 302K :bigsmile:

    It was weight day today so managed a short walk this morning and a short walk tonight. Run day tomorrow. I think I can make goal if I can do 5 tomorrow and a few on Friday. Should be able to walk a one or two on Thursday so I hope I can just squeak by.

    I added 4.9 miles total walking between my afternoon outdoor walk (BRRRR!) and evening treadmill walk at the gym. Ahhh, plus it was enough to put me firmly in the GREEN!! :happy:
