Looking at different C25K apps today I noticed some are 8 weeks and some are 9. Does anyone know what the difference is? What is everyone doing? Mine is "Simple C25K" and it is 9 weeks.

I don't know the difference. I use C25K by Zenlabs.0

I'm using the one from Zenlabs too... it's 8 weeks. I also have another plan (not an app) that is 12 weeks!0
