I hope I can join in now. I have gone off of my rountine of eating right and walking. I am spending too much time eating junk and watching tv. I just read 7 pages of post from all of you and I do feel motivated again. I need help and I am asking for it. I will try to post daily the rest of the month and shoot for at least 3 miles per day. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!0

There is no better day to choose to start over than today!
If you find 3 miles a bit much after your break in routine please consider starting with less mileage. Sometimes after a comeback to exercise we find that we cannot do the same amount of exercise that we were doing before our time off. It is hard not to look back and compare ourselves to what we used to do, and then the tendency can be to be hard on ourselves because we have to modify things for awhile. Or worse to become discouraged and quit.
I speak from much experience :ohwell: .
See what you can do and remember ~ each mile is a step in the right direction!
I am proud of your willingness to start over now and not wait till next month . That is awesome!!
