Hi all,

I'm new to the group. Always good to see a keto support group. I've been on keto since July of last year and I love the diet. I've lost 55lb overall, and 25lb of it has been on the keto diet. I also enjoy exercise, including running (did a 10miler and two half marathons last year), hot yoga, and weights with a personal trainer. I find that exercise does wonderful things for my ketone levels. :) Looking forward to being part of the group!
