Smoothie recipe?

Does anyone have a smoothie/protein shake recipe that doesn't kill your carb count for the day? When I first went Grain Free, I started making smoothies with blueberries, coconut water and milk, kale/spinach, small piece of banana, unflavored/unsweetened protein powder, etc, etc. I would change it around each day depending on my mood. Now that I"m strictly watching my carb intake, I stopped making smoothies. WAY too many carbs. But I miss them. Does anyone have a lower carb smoothie recipe?

I don't really have an exact recipe, but here's some things to try:
Greens (kale, collards, spinach, etc)
Avocado
Coconut milk
Some berries for sweetness, or something like Stevia
Tumeric
Lemon or lime juice (probably mutually exclusive with the berriers/sweetener)
Ginger
Your choice of protein powder
Remember that the greens (and a lot of the berries, for that matter) are high-fiber, so don't forget to take that into account if you do net carbs. If you do straight carbs, you might be SOL and might want to switch to Bulletproof Coffee/Tea.0
