Anyone using a HRM?

My HRM (Polar) is my best friend. During the running parts, my heart rate gets up to 205 bpm. That is extremly high. It scares me because I have never been at that level of exertion before. Is anyone else using a HRM?

I always use my Polar HRM. I feel like it takes the guess work out of it... plus I like to know when I'm in the fat-burning zone! Seriously, I feel naked without it. And the treadmill is always dreadfully off when it comes to telling me calories burned.0

I also am using Polar HRM though currently I'm using mostly for calories burned. Heart rate I can feel isn't too high yet. Only in week 2 and really trying to run at easy enough pace that I enjoy it and look forward to completeing another day!0
