    Tomorrow is a planned red day. I don't really "plan" to be red, but it is a day that if I do go red, it is okay and factored into my overall budget. Having dinner at an Italian restaurant with friends. I am gong to try my very best to go to Insanity at the gym before work, but I'm not a morning person, so I have not had a lot of success with early morning workouts.

    Thanks to my bouncy ball at work, I was able to get 2000+ steps over my goal of 7,000. I need one of these at home.

    Started the Walking Dead challenge. Did 20 minutes of strength and 48 minutes of cardio today. Still have quite a few calories but I don't think I will use many more.

    I've decided to give up refined sugar for a couple of weeks. Day 2 today. It is tough!! I made myself some flapjacks with honey for a treat so looking forward to having one after my yoga class this evening.
    Am loving the fact that the water challenge is making me drink so much more water!

    @sulyha My bootcamp instructor teaches Insanity on Saturdays. It's definitely not my favorite to do but once it's over, I'm proud of myself.

    Had a scale victory today. Am working through this cold/sinus misery, so have had another rest day. I never realized how much I count on my exercise calories, it's tough without them! Hopefully I can work out tomorrow if my classes aren't canceled due to weather.

    Headache from last night finally has dulled down to a mild throb. Snow-pocolypse is in full effect here. Tomorrow it promises to end but will be followed up with blistering cold and rediculous wind chill / drifting the 8 inches of snow that has fallen. SO DONE with winter. :explode:

    I've had a really long evening. My father is undergoing emergency surgery for a cardiac infarction -- basically his valve is coming out of his heart and they need to go in and repair it before it ruptures. Prayers are appreciated. I am at home as they moved him to the hospital downtown for the surgery and the weather is getting very bad here. :frown:

    I expected red, but didn't expect to be as red I was (1300 OVER!!). Lovely dinner, but some emotional eating earlier in the day. Also, I had intended to go to the gym before work, thought my alarm was set for 5:00, but it was really set for 6:30 so I could not go before work. Def back on track tomorrow!

    Totally let my work stress snacking and disappointment on the scale get the best of me! I eat my feelings, but am trying to break that. Also realizing how important my Sunday meal prep for the week is in staying on track. When I don't have my healthy lunches and snack packs I really do NOT make the best choices!
