Low carb cheddar cracker

You may have done this before but in case some of you haven't. Here's an easy way to get a crunchy cheddar cracker!
Place 1/4 c of shredded cheese (I use cheddar or Mexican 4 cheese blend) on parchment paper, spread around for a thin layer, then microwave 60-80 sec. It'll burn the cheese and then you can easily pick it up from the paper and eat. YUM.
