im upping my calories slowly to tdee... how ever tday i ate over tdee by 200 calories. is it a problem?

As long as you are not consistently eating over your TDEE, then no. Just get right back on track today. Remember, you have to eat 3,500 calories OVER your TDEE to gain one pound - by comparison, that 200 calories is nothing.
No one is ever going to be perfect every day. We all have good days and bad days. Some days we may overeat by a bit, and others, we may undereat by a bit. The important thing is not stressing over it and just being as consistent as you can *long term*. Life is going to happen, and we all need to adapt and be able to enjoy as those special occasions roll around.0 -
