New here...just saying hello :)

Just wanted to say hello to everyone in the group. I have been struggling with an addiction to food for awhile now. I seem to do well for 2 weeks (very well actually) and then the cravings start and I backslide for weeks until I am back to where I was before. I love to exercise but haven't for awhile (just so tired after work anymore...yes, I know that by exercising I will get more energy but I just haven't yet). I am a nurse (operating room), just finished my BSN last year and will be starting back for my MSN this year, 4 teen-aged boys, happily married, etc. I really want to get a handle on this before I start back to school. I just wanted to say HI!
