Major Goals:
1) To eat ice cream every day in February and recommence weightlifting 3 times a week and doing more cardio AND weighing all my intake. Got sloppy in January with a stressful job change which messed with my schedule and I caught up on current movies, played some Grand Theft Auto 5, eyeballed my portions and maintained. Which is okay too. But, if anything, I should now have more time to exercise and monitor my intake, so hopefully this month I will hit the 100lbs lost mark (with MFP, 130 altogether).
On days when for some unforeseen reason, I cannot have ice cream, I will have at least one moderate serving of one or more of the following:
- Pop Tarts
- Dairy Milk Cookie Crunch Chocolate Bar
- Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter
- Potato Chips
- French Fries
- Cheeseburgers
- Pizza
- Donuts
- Cheesecake
2) In addition to the ice cream, I will fulfill my macro/micro/fiber goals by incorporating the following:
- Chicken breast
- Variety of green salads
- Fiber One Cereal
- Peanut butter
- Protein Powder
3) to lose 3lbs during the month.
4) Weight train faithfully on Mon, Weds and Fridays .
Just started the Allpro beginners routine 20 weeks ago.
Minor goals:
5) to help demolish the silly myths by orthorexics and food shamers.
6) to show that you can still enjoy foods you like while losing weight.
Will also periodically post my progress, random musings and pics of ice cream.
