Food!

It seems like most people are not following her food guide so I am wondering what types of diet modification you are doing? For the most part we are following it and I went to check out Jillian's cook book from the library but had to order it instead. I am perfectly fine with cutting out the things that she says no about but since she includes meats that we don't eat, I have to modify some of her recipes. So I know we are missing out on some protein and calories but I am not sure how to make it up. 1200 calories works just fine for me but we did add in an extra snack for my husband. So he eats breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner and we do our workouts in the evening. I would be especially interested to hear from vegetarians. We will eat fish but that's not something I am interested in having everyday. Its too expensive and my daughters aren't big fans but they tolerate it. So what foods are you eating?!
