Who is done for the day?? I really dislike lunges, and I know it's only going to get worse. But I liked the workout and felt like I did a decent job with it.
It seems like most people are not following her food guide so I am wondering what types of diet modification you are doing? Done the cardio today. I have to admit that instead of running man I jogged. I just could not get my legs and arms to do that.
Jillian was on the Today show this morning. Since I'm not sick of her yet (it's only day 2 after all! :) ), I decided to watch. "You have to find your Why." Not like I didn't know that, but hearing her say it, it is stuck in my thoughts today. Check it out on nbcnews if you'd like to see it.

Wow - going into those planks right after push-ups nearly dropped me! Feeling sore under the armpits but I think I need heavier hand weights. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest and I sweated my butt off. Bring on workout #2!! :smile:
