    Goals for 2/6 Thursday-

    1- exercise class with trainer 1 hr
    2 water 10 glasses of 8 oz
    3 log everything

    Goals for 2/7
    1. Park far from building and take stairs (this is becoming a regular thing again, finally)
    2. 30 minute workout
    3. Eat within calories
    4. DO NOT eat fast food for lunch!!!
    5. 7000 steps (3 hour meeting tomorrow, so this will be tough)

    5. Don't know yet, but highly doubtful!

    Took the weekend off. Man, I have been pretty sick.

    Goals 2/10
    1. Park far way and use the stairs.
    2. At least 30 minutes cardio, hopefully more.
    3. Eat within calorie goal.
    4. 7000 steps minimum.
