Not sure what happened in January:sad: , just trying to learn from it - that one day 'off' for Christmas really has the potential for lasting impact... I'm changing things for Feb, moving on to Les Mills BodyCombat workouts and following the nutrition guide that comes with it - which means 1800 cals per day

but no extra cals from workouts, and a more guided approach on when to eat/how much to eat of protein, carbs, fruit etc. So we'll see if that has some impact next week.
Now I have 'fessed up - want to see all the US peeps confess their superbowl sinning
