Hey Everyone!
I want this group to be a safe place for each and everyone of you to share your wins as well as your defeats. This does not have to be all fitness related. You can share about your family, work, struggles, recipes, funny things that have happened to you, etc. Here are just a few things I would ask that you do.
1. Please be respectful to each of the group members.
2. If someone posts something feel free to make a comment and give words of encouragement or share your experience if you too have gone through the same thing.
3. Let us know what your workout plan is for the day.
4. If you are starting a new program then don't forget to take your before measurements and your GOODBYE photos. Because after all you are not going to be this person anymore!
5. If you have questions please feel free to post it in a thread.
6. I love different workout programs and food tips and I am open to sharing, so share, share, share.
7. Send friend requests to each other so you can be friends on myfitnesspal.
8. Get to know each other because this group is not only about fitness and health, but to develop new friendships, and support each other along the way!
Lastly, let the transformations begin. Super excited to have each of you join. We will do this together.
