i start my journey at 384 pounds after my gastric sleeve surgery on december 11th i am down 60 pounds and keep losing everyday not too long and i should be out of this group! if anyone would like to add me and ask questions about wls i will answer it was the best decision i ever made

    Shayne, you don't have to "be outta this group" once get under 300 pounds. I've been out of the 300's for months and so have many others. It's all about connecting with people who "get it" and supporting each other no matter where you are on the journey. :smile:
