    My legs are on fire with the squat challenge that I'm doing for the month... but I'm good. No pain :sad: no perky butt :laugh:

    Today was extremely hard since I got home from work late! I was able to get a walk in before work, yes! Instead of eating at home I just wanted to stop and get something fast but I was good! Tomorrow will be easier for sure!
