Hi guys I am back from a long break due to just being lazy and not getting into it... But Im back and will be posting here on a regular basis also. I will be upping weights by 10 for a little while as I have done this before so if the numbers seem odd thats why. Hope you will all join me.

I am starting week 3. I have upped some of my weights, due to having the form down from previous lifting experience. I am also moving my weights up at 10 lbs increments for now.
Squats: 105
Overhead press: 75

Still feel sick but got the workout done. Had blood and body fat tested this morning. Pretty much was what I expected. Not entirely happy about it but its not something I didn't already know. I need to lift weights and lose weight.0 -
I have had a horrible cold this week and have not been working out, but am hoping to get back after it this weekend. Hopefully I am able to work through this and not see any set backs.0

Your goals are about where I'm at now except my squat has stalled at 105 because I don't have a power rack, and can't lift the bar over my head any longer SAFELY.0 -

Did StrongLifts from March - June 2013, got cancer, surgery, radiation, recovery mode, blah blah blah, started over in January. Just finished Week 5 today and am very pleased with my numbers and, more importantly, how I'm feeling.
Squat: 115
Bench: 80

Ive only been doing it for a week so I have only done 3 worksouts at the moment so not too high at the moment.

Bench Press 22.5kg
Barbell Row 32.5kg

Feb.3 - Feb. 28
Squat went from, 85 lbs to 105 lbs.
OHP 80 lbs to 90 lbs. with a couple of failures
Bench Press 90 lbs. to 115 lbs.
Row 105 lbs. to 120 lbs.
Deadlift 115 lbs. to 165 lbs.
Squat is behind because I have no rack, and am lifting weight over my head. (having rack built for me now)0
